What is the GOAT Award?
The GOAT Award—short for Greatest Of All Time—is presented quarterly to a team member who demonstrates exceptional dedication, teamwork, and impact. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that nominations come directly from fellow employees, highlighting a culture of appreciation and mutual respect across our organization.
