Our Office

The Farmers of Salem office is modern and welcoming for our employees. We’ve created a space that allows for productivity, function, and collaboration. The office is positioned along the Christina River in Wilmington, Delaware. Conveniently located just 5 minutes walking distance from the Amtrak train station.

Farmers of Salem offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes low-cost, high-deductible plans. Farmers of Salem also offers dental, vision, prescription, and flex spending and health savings plans. Farmers of Salem partners with Health Advocate, a national health and patient advocacy company, to provide a broad spectrum of health solutions to meet the needs of our employees.
