Tammy Stell began her career as a Claims Customer Service Rep in March of 2020, during the Covid shut down.  She didn’t have the opportunity for in-office training, so she took on-line insurance courses, and trained with her team throughout the day by phone and zoom.  She would also stop by the office to grab paperwork that her team would leave outside, and would wave to everyone from her car! 

Prior to joining the Farmers of Salem family, Tammy often commented on our social media posts about how wonderful it must be to work for a company that truly values its employees.  One of the posts that really stood out was our ice cream social with Mr. Softee.  When an opening was posted, Tammy quickly applied, and the rest is history. Here we are five years later, and Tammy is still hard at work, with a smile on her face and in her voice.  She was promoted to Clams CSR II in March of 2024.    

In her free time, Tammy can be found with her husband operating their non-profit organization; Bo Lends a Paw Pet Pantry.
