Teamwork, Learning, and a Little Friendly Competition at Our Insurance Quizzo Lunch

At Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Salem County, we believe that professional development doesn't always have to happen in a traditional classroom. Sometimes, the best learning takes place through collaboration, conversation, and a little friendly competition.

Today, our team enjoyed an Insurance Quizzo & Lunch in the Oak Tree Lounge, hosted by Jaclyn Terranova, Esq. of Capehart Scatchard. The interactive event challenged employees with four exciting trivia categories that combined industry knowledge with pop culture, including movie quotes, property insurance, and legal topics.

The competition encouraged teamwork while reinforcing important insurance and legal concepts in a fun, engaging environment. Congratulations to our winning team — Cathy Bolognone, Samantha Brant, Lauren Durham, and Ryan Mailley — who earned first-place honors after an impressive performance.
